Can parents get in legal trouble because teens were drinking in their house? Yes — and the legal punishment may not be the biggest toll, according to a state prosecutor. As the school year closes and graduation parties get underway, Nashoba Regional High School held a forum last Tuesday on social hosting of underage students.
Crucial Fixes Urged for Nashoba… May 22, 2015

At the May 14 Nashoba Space Task Force meeting, the district detailed what it could cost to keep the Nashoba Regional High School building running in the next several years. Charged with identifying what should be done to expand and update an overcrowded NRHS, the task force also took time to look at what the district could do beyond the basics.

Last Wednesday’s (May 6) Nashoba School Committee meeting was primarily devoted to looking at risky behavior among local teens, measured by results from Emerson Hospital’s latest Youth Risk Behavior Survey. These results offered some good news, but also pointed to several crucial areas calling for attention.

Boys Lacrosse Gaining Momentum… April 24, 2015

The Nashoba Regional boys’ lacrosse team bounced back in a big way on Thursday evening.
The Chieftains, coming off a tough loss to Westborough, welcomed rival Wachusett Regional to Route 117 and the two locked horns and produced an epic contest that rivaled a postseason contest.
Unified Track Opens Their Season… April 24, 2015

The Nashoba Regional High School Unified Track season got underway on Thursday, April 16 on a sunny day in Bolton.
Unified Track began in 2011 when the Special Olympics organization started a movement called Project Unified in order to practice inclusion and acceptance in high schools, according to Patti Doherty, a representative from Massachusetts Special Olympics.
