Tuesday, March 8, 5:30 to 6 p.m.: Teddy Bear Sleepover; listen to bedtime stories and leave teddy bears for a fun-filled night in the library! Get pictures of teddy’s nocturnal adventures at pick-up time. All ages welcome. Please bring a pair of new kids’ pajamas to donate to the annual Boston Bruins PJ Drive.
Saturday, March 12, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Monster Stuffies MakerDay; create cute and creepy felt monster dolls. Drop in; all ages welcome, but basic sewing skills are required.
YOUTH BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL REGISTRATION
Bolton Youth Baseball and Softball registration is now open for spring 2016. Baseball categories are T-ball, for ages 5 to 6; Coach Pitch, for ages 6 to 8; Minors, for ages 8 to 10; Majors 60, for ages 9 to 11; and Majors 70, for ages 11 to 12. The softball group includes Coach Pitch, for ages 6 to 8; Minors, for ages 9 to 10; and Majors, for ages 11 to 12. Register at http://boltonyouthbaseball.org. REP. HOGAN OFFICE HOURS IN BOLTON
State Representative Kate Hogan will host office hours in Bolton Thursday, March 10, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Bolton Public Library, 738 Main St. in Bolton. All are invited to stop by with any questions or ideas. No appointment necessary and meetings will be on a first-come, first-served basis. TUESDAY CONNECTIONS PROGRAM
March’s Tuesday Connections program, sponsored by Friends of Bolton Seniors, will be held Tuesday, March 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bolton Senior Center, 600 Main St. in Bolton. The program will feature violinist Rachel Panitch, presenting answers to the many “hows” and whys” of music in our everyday lives. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Bolton Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. An early Saint Patrick’s Day lunch of shepherd’s pie, salad and carrot cupcakes, will follow. For more information, call Mary at 978-779-5145.
BCC GRANTEE RECEPTION
The volunteer Bolton Cultural Council invites the community to a reception to meet the 2016 grant recipients, learn about their projects and celebrate the arts and culture in Bolton. This free and accessible event will be held Friday, March 18, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Houghton Building, 697 Main St., in the first-floor Lois Alex meeting room. FSS Donations Committee Auction
The Florence Sawyer School Bi-Annual Donations Committee Auction is coming up on Saturday March 19. It is sure to be a great night starting at 7 pm at the International in Bolton.
Featuring a range of items from precious artwork made by our students to sports tickets to got-to-have electronics to weekend getaways, the BSDC Auction is a always a highlight of the school year for the parents that attend!
The money raised will go towards providing our school with the tools and resources that are not covered through taxpayer dollars. These funds are needed to give our children the best school experience possible!

NRHS VOLLEYBALL CLINIC
Nashoba Regional High School will hold a volleyball clinic for boys and girls grades 7 to 10. Anyone interested in trying the sport or looking to brush up on some skills is encouraged to attend. The clinic will run Monday, April 18, through Wednesday, April 20 at Nashoba Regional High School, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Cost is $40 for those who preregister; $45 for those who register at the start of the clinic.
