- This week police made eight motor vehicle stops that resulted in no arrests, three verbal warnings, and two citations.
- Other police activity: Police responded to five calls about motor vehicle accidents, four calls about disabled vehicles, two calls regarding parking violations, and four complaints of erratic driving.
- Eighteen medical emergencies were reported this week. Seventeen people were transported to area hospitals; two individuals refused transport.

Officers responded to a 911 call on Spectacle Hill Road; it was determined to be accidental.

7:50 a.m. MOTOR VEHICLE DISABLED
An officer responded to the report of a disabled vehicle on Main Street; the vehicle was gone upon the officer’s arrival.
8:11a.m. MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
Officers responded to a report of a minor rear-end motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Forbush Mill Road and Main Street. There was minimal damage, as the accident occurred at a low rate of speed, both vehicles remained operable.
8:47 a.m. MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident on Main Street by the Post Office. It was a rear-end crash, both vehicles were traveling in the eastbound lane. A report was taken, no injuries were reported, and both vehicles were towed.
10:53 a.m. ANIMAL CALL
A 911 caller reported a fox or coyote in the area of Harvard Road, possibly in distress. The Animal Control Officer was notified.
3:10 p.m. MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident on Main Street at Forbush Mill Road. It was a rear end collision, both vehicles were traveling in the eastbound lane, both vehicles remained operable, no injuries were reported.
3:43 p.m. REQUEST TO SPEAK TO AN OFFICER
An officer spoke with a caller about tractor trailers on Annie Moore Road.
4:27 p.m. VIOLATION OF 209A/258E
Officers responded to a 911 call about an unwanted party. The party on scene was served with a restraining order and escorted from property.

10:00a.m. ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
An officer responded as mutual aid with Stow Police to assist with investigation of an unattended death incident in Stow.
10:45 a.m. MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT
Officers responded to a motor vehicle complaint at Nashoba Regional High School. The caller reported being tailgated by a construction truck on Main Street; all parties were spoken to.
11:08 a.m. FD-INSPECTION SERVICES
Officers responded to a vehicle fire in the parking lot at Colonial Candies. A Dodge Ram pickup had been traveling northbound on I-495 when the operator heard a popping noise and pulled off the highway to find a place to pull over. The vehicle became fully engulfed, and fire departments from surrounding areas were summoned; the vehicle was extinguished and towed from the scene.
2:51 p.m. REQUEST TO SPEAK TO AN OFFICER
A walk-in at the police station reported a missing boat from their residence. Officers spoke to the party and took a report; they were advised this is a civil matter.

12:53 p.m. FD-VEHICLE FIRE SERVICES
Officers responded to the report of a vehicle fire at mile marker 67.7 on I-495 northbound. Bolton and Berlin Fire Departments responded. The vehicle involved was a tractor trailer, Massa. State Police were unavailable; the vehicle was extinguished and towed.
1:35 p.m. BUILDING / LOCATION CHECK
An officer checked on a vehicle in the parking lot of Bolton Orchards. The vehicle was disabled and the occupants were waiting for a tow.
5:54a.m. FD-MEDICAL LIFT
An officer responded to a medical call and assisted Bolton Fire-EMS; one person was transported.
8:16 a.m. FD-MEDICAL EMERGENCY
Officers responded to a medical call at Bolton Country Manor, Bolton Fire-EMS responded; one person was transported to a local area hospital.
9:24 a.m. INVESTIGATION
The Student Resource Officer was notified of a past incident involving juveniles at Nashoba Regional High School; they took a report and are investigating.
1:22 p.m. LARCENY/ FORGERY/ FRAUD
A walk-in party at the police station reported fraud/larceny; the officer took a report.
6:32 p.m. ANIMAL CALL
Officers responded to the Lime Kiln Conservation Area; the caller reported dogs from another vehicle had scratched & damaged their car; a report was taken.
9:26 p.m. MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT
A 911 caller reported an aggressive driver on Hudson Road; officers responded and checked the area but could not be located.

5:16 a.m. MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT
A 911 caller reported an erratic operator on Main Street. Officers were dispatched; the caller reported the vehicle got onto I-495 and Mass. State Police was notified.
8:31 a.m. MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT
An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Main Street of a vehicle that nearly caused a collision; the operator was spoken to.
8:38 a.m. ROAD HAZARDS
Officers came across a work crew obstructing a lane of travel on Main Street; the party was spoken to, and equipment was removed from the road.

8:15 a.m. FD-MEDICAL EMERGENCY
Officers responded to a medical call on Golden Run Road; Bolton Fire-EMS was dispatched, one person was transported to an area hospital.
8:26 a.m. WELL BEING CHECK
A caller requested a wellbeing check of a resident on Annie Moore Road after phone calls went unanswered. Officers responded, and confirmed all was well with the resident, and will be calling the reporting party back.
9:11a.m. ASSIST OTHER AGENCY
A 911 caller reported a dead deer on I-495; Mass. State Police was notified.
9:23 a.m. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller reported seeing tarps or shelters set up in the woods on a trail near the Florence Sawyer School; officers responded to investigate and discovered a crude lean-to made of sticks set up against tree. The shelter was unoccupied and appeared to possibly be related to a Scout Organization; no further issues were evident.
11:14 a.m. ANIMAL CALL
A caller reported finding a loose French Bulldog on Long Hill Road; the Animal Control notified.
2:59 p.m. ANIMAL CALL
A caller reported a loose dog wearing a harness in the road on Old Bay Road. Officers checked the area; the Animal Control Officer was notified.
3:08 p.m. MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
Officers responded to a 911 report of a motor vehicle accident involving a deer at the Bolton/Stow town line. The collision was determined to be in Stow; Officers assisted, and Stow Police was notified to respond.
4:07 p.m. MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
Officers responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident on Kettle Hole Road; the southbound vehicle swerved into northbound vehicle’s lane and collided. An officer took a report and both vehicles were towed. No injuries were reported.
5:05 p.m. MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT
A caller reported an erratic operator on Main Street, who was observed getting onto I-495; the Mass. State Police was notified.
5:20 p.m. FD-MEDICAL EMERGENCY
Officers responded to Nashoba Regional High School for a medical call. The 911 caller reported an injured youth; Bolton Fire-EMS responded, and one party was transported to the hospital.
7:55 p.m. ANIMAL CALL
A 911 caller reported a loose dog on Wattaquadock Hill Road by Old Bay Road; officers searched the area but were unable to locate it.
8:10 p.m. MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT
A caller reported an erratic operator on Main Street driving without headlights on; officers responded to the area. The caller advised the vehicle had entered I-495, and Mass. State Police was notified.
8:48 p.m. ANIMAL CALL
A caller reported a loose dog in the road near Nashoba Winery on Wattaquadock Hill Road; officers responded to check the area but could not locate it.

1:52 a.m. ANIMAL CALL
A caller reported a husky type dog with a harness running in the area of Main Street and Manor Road; officers responded in an attempt to catch it but the dog ran off into an orchard, and they were unable to locate it. The Animal Control Officer had already been notified.
9:19 a.m. ANIMAL CALL
A caller on Manor Road reported a neighbor’s dog on his property, stating it had previously attacked his dog. The Animal Control Officer was notified.
11:00 a.m. SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY
A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked at Bolton Town Beach; an officer responded and checked on the occupant, who was relaxing. There was no criminal activity.
11:59 a.m. ANIMAL CALL
A caller reported a loose black and white dog on Manor Road; the Animal Control Officer was notified.
8:06 p.m. TREE/WIRE DOWN
A caller reported a tree limb down on Ballville Road; officers responded, and it was removed.
8:48 p.m. MOTOR VEHICLE DISABLED
An officer encountered a possible disabled motor vehicle on Main Street; it was determined to be a lost DoorDash driver. The officer assisted with directions and sent the vehicle on their way.isted with directions and sent the vehicle on their way.
