NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Houghton Building, 697 Main Street, Bolton on the application of Bolton Bean, Inc., 626 Main Street, Bolton, Ma 01740, for a new Annual, Restaurant type, Wine and Malt Liquor license at 626 Main Street, Bolton, Ma 01740.
The application is available for review at the Town Hall, 663 Main Street, Bolton, Ma 01740 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9-2:30 p.m. and Tuesday, 9-4:00 p.m.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place designated.
BOLTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Bolton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act and Riverfront Act), and under the Bolton Wetland By-law Chapter 233, to consider the Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed by Brandon Ducharme for the proposed Walker Development located at 258 Hudson Road. The public meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 29th, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Town Hall 663 Main St. Bolton, MA
The application is available for review by appointment, at the Conservation Office at the Town Hall, Monday through Thursday between 9:00a.m. to 2:30p.m.
